Anyone got any leads on house rentals or decent apartment rentals in the concord/kannapolis area? My brother is looking for a place at the moment and is stressing cus he can’t seem to find anything, the things he is finding are in the 1400-1500 range which is just out of his budget
 
I have a buddy fixing up a house to rent in kannapolis. I think he is still a month or so out on being done though.
