Honda CR-V - opinions?

Looking for opinions on Honda CR-Vs from 2005-2009. Issues? Reliable? Any thoughts on them?
 
I drive a 97 that has 348000 miles and has never been any trouble. Mine is a Gen 1. The Gen2's have a bad problem with AC compressors and may fail at any time. That is the only reason I have not gone to a Gen2. When the Gen 3's get down to a cash car price I will get one of them.

What are the Gen 2 years?
 
My wife has an '07 4cyl, 2wd. I just did the 100k service on it and it has been a great vehicle. We took a 5000+mi rode trip out west in it last summer loaded with camping gear and averaged 25-27mpg. I've towed my atv with it back and forth to pa getting 21-22. We have not had to replace anything on this car that I can recall.
 
Any other problems to watch out for with these?
 
Sorry Big clay. gen 2's are 2001 to 2004. Not a major problem with ac comps but you can change today and it fail in little to no miles. Honda knows it it a problem.

If you found a Gen2 with low miles and/ or recent ac comp change you would probably be happy.

BTW. my brother works at a Honda dealership as a parts person.... all the techs and he have told me not to buy a used Gen2.
