Does anyone have one of these or have any experience with one? Seems like a good all around sxs. Just looking for some real feedback. Also wonder how it compares to the other 4 seaters?

I have a friend that has a pioneer 700 it does pretty good and is a capable machine. I'm sure the 1000 will be that much more. I have been told that if something goes wrong with these new transmissions, instead of fixing in house they send them back to the honda plant to be worked on. If you do decide on one be sure to only use honda brand fluids.

The P1K shares basically nothing with the 700. The 700 uses the Rincon automotive style 3speed with no low range and a torque converter. The 1000 uses a dual clutch 6 speed manually/auto shifted trans with low range sub trans. I am looking hard at the 1000-5 deluxe, me and the wife have decided to finally buy a sxs now that our little boy likes to ride so good. My major pros are that I can have the best of both worlds, a utility type with a bed, or the ability to haul 5 people if needed. All with alot of power and hopefully honda reliability. We have looked at the RZR and maverick, they are nice but close to 14ft long and no bed to do any household yard chores.
