I have a friend that has a house for rent in Troy, he's not having any luck renting it to a permanent resident, so I brought up maybe doing weekend rentals to people. Would anyone be interested in this or should I tell him he should get ready to lose his behind and sell it?
 
More info, but short term rentals are high maintenance. Generally the rental market is really good right now. Maybe he needs to clean up or fix up the house or lower the price.
 
It's a trailer built late 90's on an acre, about 10 mins from Uwharrie, I figured there might be some interest in people renting it for wheeling trips, plenty of room to park, and the trailer is nice on the inside.
