About to get this wrapped up finally. Waiting on countertops and vanity tops to be installed and it'll be pretty much done
Actual cost to build to this point is gonna come in about $260,000, which is around $130 sq. ft.

Should be noted that really didnt have much site work cost that factored into this build as homeowners dad took care of what needed to be done in that aspect. Also the block retaining walls were extra and not included in build cost.

For this site , those cost would have been minimal. There wasn't that much work to do to get it ready, the the retaining walls had about $4k in material and they had maybe 2 days labor in it. But even at $40k, your still at $150 sq ft for an actual build cost
