So my son Chase is 14 and starting driver's ed soon. We started to keep our eyes open for a Cherokee because he's been pretty obsessed with them for a while now and I think they'd be a great first car. Well, thanks to @NickMaul we got him into a bone stock 99 XJ.

He's already talking about lifts and setting it up for camping and fishing and stuff. He sits and stares at it in the driveway.

Don't mind the Crocs. I blame my wife.

My 2 year old has the same crocs for what its worth. And that color/wheel combo was my dream XJ in about 2004.

Now that you point it out, it looks photoshopped. Reality is that @Blaze is just trying to relive his childhood dreams, but didn't want to be caught on NC4x4 in crocs, so he shopped in a pic of his kid in his place.

I thought the same thing, it looks weird. He's like 5'8" tall but in that awkward stage where he's slowly growing but is late to the puberty game. I'm 6'4" and he has a longer inseam than me. I call him Tiny Torso.
