well for cheap it might be worth having, depending on the tire size you want to end up with... you can always get upgraded shafts that get rid of the CAD, but big tires will kill the unit bearing over time... there is a standard hub upgrade made for them, but it is $$$$$$$... wonder if you could make a f450 unit bearing work?
also, the knuckles are built so that the balljoints are in the opposite configuration as normal, so no other knuckles will swap on, therefore inner and outers would need replaced.... but if its cheap, a set of Crane/Solid knuckles might not be such a stretch...
Also, the dodge fronts are wider, iirc than a standard 60, if it matters...
