Let me first say hello to everyone, this is my first post so whats up?
So what I 'm wondering is did anyone get caught by the snow. I did, I own a 78 blazer that I've wheeled only a few times, it was a daily driver until gas prices killed my 40 mile round trip commute. So I had a nice set of 35's, BFG M/T's just sitting so I sold them so some one could get some use out 'em, cause they would've rotted as they were, sitting for a year with very little spin time on 'em.
So for three years the Truck was road/offroad ready, and not once did we have a snow that was worthy of firing up the 350!
Now sitting in my drive, on blocks, and having loaned lol out my rear shocks...We get all this snow and I'm sliding all over the place in the little 2 wd ranger...
Yep I was caught off guard...Now the Blazer just sits there, taunting me so to speak

Welcome to the board.

I know what you mean about having toys and no snow.

I had a dodge pick up on 35's....no snow. Also bought a 4 wheeler...no snow.
The 4 wheeler is in the shop....snow everywhere.
The dodge has been sold...snow everywhere.

I do have my wheeling rig, so I can still play.
If you buy new tires and shocks for the Blazer, it will not snow anymore...so dont do it!

this is the 3rd snow that my bronco is sitting with a blown transmission.

not to worry lol

If you buy new tires and shocks for the Blazer, it will not snow anymore...so dont do it!
Well the good news ( for those not caught off guard ) is I won't get anything for it till sometime in Spring.

Yea, welcome to the club, mine are both in the shop turning 2 into 1. I'll have it ready in a few weeks, so we probably won't get any more after that.
