I have a Smith & Wesson model 19 .357 mag with a 6 inch barrel being offered to me. Gun is in immaculate shape. I don't have any pics at the moment but it is blued with walnut grips and has some factory add ons such as red ramp target sights and I believe a lighter trigger. I can't find much on the Web about it and was wanting an estimated value before I buy it. Any help is greatly appreciated

4th edition of the Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson (new last fall) shows: (for models 19-3 and higher)

Produced 1955-1999

Price varies from there -- 19-1 doubles, 19-2 +50%, 3" or 5" up to 4x on early models.....

Any markings?

I am going to see the gun one evening this week so I will find all of that out then. I believe he said produced sometime in the 70's. Also comes with a fitted Bianchi leather holster and a cowboy style holster with a belt
