how much would these tires and rims be worth?

i have a chance to get some tires and wheels on a trade and i dont need them and i was wondering if anyone had an idea what they would be worth? they are 54" michelins mounted on polished and black 20" rims that fit 5 lug dodge and ford the tread is probably 3/4 new. lmk what you all think

why the heck would you put 54s on half ton axles?

ive seen these type of tires for sale around 400.00-500.00 new,im not sure about the rims.tire/wheels will be the cheap part..gearing,axle upgrade(they would be putting a beating even on a 35 spline 60.)
