How to set this squat rack up for cables?

Hey folks. Ive had this rack for several years. I was at the landfill one day and a guy was about to throw it away, along with a bar, bench and some bar bells. I asked him if I could have it all and he gave it to me. I have assembled and broke the rack down several times while moving it to different places and used all new hardware when reassembling. I like the rack and I have noticed that it looks like it was set up for a cable system. I know Im missing some pieces, but Im not sure exactly what. There are three spots where it looks like pulleys go and a rubber bump stop. Can anyone tell me exactly what I need to get this rack set up so that I can do pull downs, hopefully using barbells a weight? If a pulley goes in all three spot, I just cant figure out how the cable would run to lower/lift weights on the bump stop. Any suggestions?

You'll need more stuff. The big thing that is missing is a ~8" section of square tube with "ID" slightly larger than the "OD" of the existing vertical square (similar to what is under the bench). Weld a piece of pipe onto this square tube for the weight plates. I sketched it up...but maybe the weight should be over the bump stop, I'm not gonna resketch it. Cable routes from that, up to pulley #1, thru the tube to pulley #2, along the top bar to pulley #3, then thru to your lat bar.

Just as a random aside, at our landfill here you aren't allowed to leave w/ anything you didn't bring in. Consider yourself lucky.

Do what ^ said, except instead of putting the weights on the back, weld a pipe or tube to either side so that the weight is balanced. Otherwise there will be a lot of extra friction from the weight trying to twist the sliding square tube.
