ok guys heres what i got . a 1994 12 valve cummins dually, with a manuel trans. the mods i have done is, big air filter, #100 fuel plate, afc washer mod , boost elbow, turned the smoke screw bout 2 turns. the truck runs pretty good, not to much smoke, but im only pushing 23 psi of boost at full throttle with the boost elbow screw turned all the way. the question is , does anyone know a good person around hickory/lincolnton area that could tune it.
