HP30 - Revolution Gear Install

Bearings pressed on and installed. The only concern I have is that I have measured BL at anywhere from 0.0065" to 0.009" and it varies at the same RG locations. I am using a tenth Mitutoyo indicator with a hydraulic mag base, so I can see pretty fine and I feel good I am getting a good measurement.

You're fine 100%. The extra 0.001" won't be any issue whatsoever.
We're (gear installers) all dealing with questionable QC on most brands these days. Nothing you have there is of any concern at all.
