I've adapted this 8 lug ford f450 wheel to a very old 5xhuge Pattern.

This is just a corn trailer. But it does need to go down the road a few miles. It was so unbalanced we couldn't make it. Both wheels/hubs are huncentric. I can find some adapters but not one that will work for this.

Any ideas?

Have someone plasma/waterjet/laser/machine some rings that fit the OD of the hub, and ID of the wheel center hole and be concentric. Tack the ring to the hub.

Another option might be to have a hubcentric template made to fit over each axle hub and redrill them to 8 lug?

If your patterns arent fairly true, itll never balance. You can make a hubcentric spacers to fit between the wheel and hub, but it might cause your current holes not to align.
