hubs not locking

need help think i no what the proglem is but would like second opion frontdrive shaft is turning when i put in 4wd so is axel but wheels are not engaging I think I need new hub locks

You probably don't need new ones unless you're hearing a grinding noise from them when they are engaged or trying to engage. If not then all they should need is a rebuild or cleaning.
