Hummer inserts II

I got my inserts into y tires but now my rims wont go on. How is the insert supposed to fit?? its almost as though the insert isnt round, and it wont allow the rim to go into the tire. I will try to upload a few pics later when i get back from work, and i will post a link. Im about to offer to pay one of yall to come help me do this, its taking WAY too long for me to mess with, 4 hrs yesterday and i didnt mount one freaking tire. thanks

What type of inserts, PVC, rubber, or magnesium, or something else? Also, what tires?

37" mtrs and they are pvc inserts. tried again last night and im still stuck. busy last few days but i will surely have some pics up sooner than later

Not sure how the PVCs respond to forming, but I used HDPE inserts and when mine were slightly ovular, I was able to push them around until they got into a circle.

Put it out in the sun for a few hours and let it warm up, then soak it in tire lube or dish detergent, put the wheel in it and jump on it until it slides in.
