i have kept this on my desk because i will call you names if you can't do something (that you should be able to do). if you can't get a bolt loose, you will be called a pussy immediately, if i can't get it loose, then i am a pussy.
in this world of political correctness, i don't stand a chance.
when i was growing up, if someone was bullying me, i was told to deal with it until you can't take it anymore, then do something about it.
i can't stand all this politically correct shit.

That is freakin awesome. Hurts my feelings because I wish I had created that, though..... :)

We have one of those in the .mil I have heard that you can get in trouble for having it. So it stays hidden in a folder on my desk.

Your employer didnt believe in the 1st amendment?

They used to... but they in a new Production Manager... Lets just say, he is very sympathetic to racial things, and most certainly an Obama supporter.
Paul (Guy with Sticker) was called into conference room, and the HR Manager and Production Manager said he needed to remove the sticker because there have been a few complaints. Herefused and said there was nothing to be offended about and it was his right. Within a week he was written up for excessive breaks... He contacted a lawyer but I dont know if anything else has happened.

I was written up for a Keychain, that yes, it could be seen as vulgar, it said "I Love Vagina" I got it at the Carolina Rebellion for free, some shirt company that had a tent set up. I had it for over 6 months, then one day someone saw it and complained, not to me, but to the production manager. A week later I get called into a conference room and was threatened with Termination over it because I "Was warned before about offensive materials"
Which referred to this Sticker, which I refused to remove. My supervisor asked me to "back in facing the trees" to avoid any drama, and I abliged because I did that anyway normally.

So basically your employer created a hostile work environment for you because you would bow down to their requests?

Pretty much. After the sticker warning I was told to straighten up and fly straight or they would "find a way to get rid of me"

I had been there since June of 2011, in between August and September of this year they instated a safety glasses policy, which never made it into the handbook, was just a verbal announcement. November 17th I got hit in the lower right of my eye by a piece of plastic, talked to supervisor, was in pretty bad pain, worked another 5 hours and went to the hospital at the end of the shift because he encouraged it (If I went from work, it was workers comp).
Had a cut on my Cornia.
My next scheduled day was november 20th, I went to work as normal, after about an hour and a half I was called into the conference room, informed that the injury was avoidable, and I was going to be terminated because of it. My supervisor made a stand in my defense, stated "Its a damn shame to lose someone who has never had a work related issue and has been reliable for almost 3 years over something so petty" but he got the stink eye quickly. He ensured me he would provide a good recommendation for me, so have several other co workers.
The Production Managers last words to me were "Eric, I hope this is an eye opener for you, its time to grow up" So because I have a sense of humor I am a child?

Funny thing is, My supervisor told me they had an police officer outside for 14 days after firing me "Incase I came back with any intention of striking back at the company/ and or employees

Production supervisor-Nuff said.

someone here (can't say who they may be able to see this) posted that hurt feeling report and it was taken to HR.

Now we have to sign a " zero tolerance" letter, and undergo "sensitivity" training.

fml...lol

I'd write up a hurt feelings report for the HR department too.

too many people getting their vaginas in a wad over petty crap.... glad I work for myself....

I'd have just said, "You can't make me remove a keychain that refers to my love of the state directly to our north... how do YOU spell it?"

Or "Well, I like West Vagina, too."
