HVAC Advice/Installation Needed in Charlotte

Ok, so it is getting hot out and I'm getting older. Looking to install an HVAC unit in my 900 square foot garage/shop. Thinking about going the way of a ductless mini-split system for ease of install and am thinking in the 24000 BTU range. It is a wood building, vinyl sided. Insulated doors, walls, and ceiling (R30). Has 3 small windows.

Any advice? Any installers willing to do something like this?

There is a guy I work with that is a wiz at stuff like that. He would probably do it for you.

I'm having a 2ton Goodman unit installed as we speak in one of my rental houses. The guy is installing it for $3000. That's the cheapest unit ive ever had installed. Im sure he'd do it a lot cheaper if he doesn't have to run duct
