Hydraulic Trailer Brakes

I have the possibility of getting a trailer and it currently has dually axles under it. It looks like at one time there was some kind of booster or master cylinder hooked up to the lines. How would you go about hooking up the hydraulic lines to make the brakes function? Also, It has one of those weird Dana 70s with the large 6 lug pattern.. Anyone know where to find some wheels for that pattern? Thanks in advance

You'd either need some sort of surge brake setup to actuate a master cylinder mounted on the trailer (I wouldn't want surge brakes)

or you can get an electrically actuated master cylinder specifically made for a trailer with hydraulic brakes, which is $$$.

May make more sense to sell the FF axles and buy regular trailer axles with electric brakes.

Its definately a heavy trailer, those setups are expensive.. I'll have to see how much new axles go for.. One of the 70s has that 6 lug pattern so it wont be worth much then the other one is just DRW so I may not even get out enough to cover new axles.
