hydro steering for gm

can you run full hydrolic steering off of a stock gm power steering pump?i have a orbital valve that came off of a tow motor i was planning to use.only running 39" tires.thanks

Yes you can, but i would add a small trans cooler to the low psi line of the pump. Also ck out redneckram.com and their pump upgrade section. They have a diy on how to beef up the pump.
