Hey Everyone,
I just purchased a 2011 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. So what do I do now...Just kidding, I am in the Kings Mountain NC area and would like to join a good family oriented 4x4 club...Any recomendations?

Looking forward to meeting and making new friends

There are quite a few of us from Cleveland county on here. Welcome to the demise of your Jeep. It only goes downhill from here.

HOOWAH...sgtbriangreen
Retired Army myself.

Any areas in the local where I can break in my Wrangler... something light, as I am a beginner.

Gates open friday afternoon, come on up, be glad to have ya!

Gonna be a blast!

Greencherokee,
thanks for the invite. Will try to get there early Sunday morning. Have to work Saturday, so Sunday will be the day.

The Carolina Trailblazers is a great family oriented club. Send a PM to JC for more info. Our next scheduled ride is the second weekend of July.

Welcome to the Forum. Congrats on the JK. If you need help breakin it let me know. I may be at the Flats for the benefit, look me up, I'm in a white JKU

AWESOME,
Thanks for all the great replies and info on 4x4 Clubs in the area. I will be at the flats on Sunday for sure... I'll be the one who looks lost in a brand spakin new Black Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I might have 200 miles on the speedo by the time I get there.

This weekend I'll be taking off the hard top and putting on the soft top. Wish me luck.

Awesome, if you ever go out on the trails let me know. I would be glad to tag along.

tommyxj,
Sounds great to me. I'm working this Saturday, then going to the Flats on Sunday. Rock Corp is having a benifit there and I wanted to check it out. Let me know when you will be at Lake Houser and I will see if I can make it.

It was good to meet ya Sunday and put a face with the name. Keep an eye out for our next event. We're gonna be doing some trail work so there should be a few more trails you will be able to hit.

A lift and 35's and you will be able to do most of the trails.

See ya round!
