I bought a house!

so after what seems like forever we have finally closed on our house w/5.5 acres in Aberdeen. I’m so excited to get moving and start making it our own. And yes I know the pool is green and it’s getting tuned up now.
Big tickets are:
-All new fencing around the back of the property
Small barn for our goats/donkey
Chicken coops and runs
Area for the ducks (eventually digging a small pond)
-Continue renovating the interior:
Upstairs bathroom needs redone too to bottom
Down stairs bathroom is getting turned into a dog grooming area
XYZ other details too.

Looks like a nice place. The way I chose my new house was:
A- 4 bedrooms. Check
B- Can I take a piss anywhere outside without the neighbors seeing Lord Farquhaad. Mostly a check

I live in a HOA neighborhood with houses all around me but that doesn’t stop me from taking care of business every night when I let the dog out

The first floor was the master but we are going to make the room above the garage the master and the deck area will be off our new master bath.
