I did something stupid

So I was swapping out the steering on my xj and ended up cutting the track bar bolt where it connects into the frame because i couldnt get the castle nut off and i thought i could hit it out. it is now very well stuck in there because i forgot that it was tapered. Any ideas on how to get it out, i started to drill it but stopped because I didnt know if there was a better way to get it out.

I'd continue to drill, but you can always get another trac bar mount from a junkyard. from looking at the picture, your mount appears to have some movement on it already (the rust ring around the bolt on the left)

If ya can't get the nut off, easiest thing to do would bee replace the whole bracket. I've got one if ya need one.

i literally just did that a week ago, take off the bracket, pretty easy and then cut off the nut if it wont come off and problem solved. a little extra work but i just did it not thinkin either but was easy to solve.
