No rule or law saying you have to stay in your seat.

Remember, this isn't the National Anthem, or the pledge of allegiance or anything. Our Gov't dosn't recognize it in any formal way. I bet only a small percentage of members a of this board even know all the words.

Now maybe dude was bit drunk and rude - but you can't just be booted out for this.

it was the way he said it during the video interview...very rude and disrespectful IMO.

AND I didn't say/don't really think it was right for him to be kicked out of the stadium, I just didn't care for him.

Either way if he decides to sue that would just show he is trying to make a buck. Im sure he was disruptive, maybe even intoxicated. More than anything he was unpleasant and rude. Thats not a crime, just sucks for him. I hope this A hole doesnt get a dime.

I agree with that... If he wasn't an ass, I'd even say give him another ball game ticket or refund his money. If he was an ass, then screw him.

But what if he was foreign? does the article mention if he was?
 
from watching the video, he doesn't SEEM like a foreigner...just a typical yankee.

(actually, I believe the reporter said he was from Queens, NY)
