"Bumps" the thread back up the top of the topic list. Keeps it active.

When trying to sell something or have some one help you with a question, Its more likely to be seen if its "new" in the section, So when a thread get a post it comes back to the top of the section which gets it more looks. Also shows up in New Posts.

So really any post in a thread is a "Bump".

You will see "Bump" or just a "TTT" or just about anything to bring it to the top.
