I HATE theives

You actually may have a case against the yard.
As of January a new SC statle law requires anyone selling scrap metal to either A) have anindividual use scrap permit or B) to be registered as a business entity.

So if the scrap yard paid him they actually boke the law.

Ok maybe it's only nf here too....the al and cu are all I worry about the shred ain't worth picking up much less stealing
 
I cant voice my true opinion of theives enough.
I had 1 of my ex's family members steal from me. at the time I had custody of their children. I pressed charges and all they got was a slap on the wrist. they stole from me again the next year. the officer asked about pressing charges I told them if something would actually happen this time I would. if not it seems to be giving them an open invitation. no charges was pressed.
this year learned alot about friends and people you try to help. 2 different so called friends burnt me this year. 1 had the balls to blame it on me. go figure.
I guess it doesnt pay to help people out. another lesson learned, but Im still trying to figure out what can be done about the later 1
 
Lessons

Here we go, yee hah!!!!

Wed night I drove slow by the perps place, then turned around in his drive, and a woman(his skank) walked out and asked if she could help me. Lol... I said " I was told I could buy an axle here".. she said we don't have no parts for sale.
" Oh?, is this not Michael Lewis's house? I was told he did....mention it to him."
Then I drove off.

Last night I went by my pal's house ( he's another theft victim of the same lowlife, he wasnt home) and that takes me right past ML's place. This time a group of yahoos, including the skank from Wed, saw me and rode by to check it out. They know that I KNOW. They rode past as I turned towards my house, I backed up and fell behind them a ways. I went home and worked on the downed tree in my yard till dark....12 gauge handy. They didnt slow when they came home an hour later.

Well, a deer cam is in place..... and a drive by of a suspect vehicle gave me time to recognize them, draw and fire a 22 revolver into the ground. I got their attention.
Ahh.. the drama. Low lifes everywhere.

Our pal has been in the county lock-up for the last several weeks, my cop buddy tells me.
Hopefully he's stuck there until the hearing. This time they haven't let him out (like 6 times previous!) to go back to stealing again....only to go and do 30 days, or some piddly CRAP
 
Good News!!!

I just got back from County Court. They gave the P.O.S. several 3 year sentences, to serve concurrent.

Me and another fellow theft victim went in today, to be told by the HOT:tongue: solicitor , that they were asking for probation! We were very upset. But after a 3rd previous victim came by to say his piece, we got our chance to address the judge. All protesting probation in favor of PRISON TIME. The judge didn't like the sob story of heroin addiction,or the public defenders arrurances that he was dealing with that .

So he's got time in a REAL PRISON.....hope prison rape is still a problem with young guys:fuck-you:
 
My front door got kicked in again yesterday morning, stole two laptops, camera and cleaned out my roomates girl friends jewelry. 2nd time in like 16 months. This time was different they went for specific things. Didn't go tearing up the house like last time. Sad thing is the dogs' invisible fence stops at the front edge of the house so they don't destroy the front flower beds. Guess its time to just deal with the holes in the flower beds.

I had a problem with people rooting around my vehicles late at night and I found the perfect Idea get some boards and run nails thru them they will never be back .I did add a little bit of water from my turtle tank it contain a bunch of nasty bacteria

No, here in Winston. We live in a nice area. No one else has had problems, we just live at the end of the road and neighbors can't see down the hill and I guess it's an easy BandE. Kindof thinking it had something to do with my room mates new girlfriend's ex. First time was totally random and we really didn't have anything in the house worth taking but an old Xbox, probably some kids. But this time an iPad wasn't taken or brand new flat screen but everything of the girlfriend's was taken. Didn't even go in my room which is right beside the front door.

That DEFINITELY sounds like an "inside" job. I'd talk to that girlfreind and maybe pay that ex a visit. And do so with a pal or 2 on your flank. Watch his face for signs of a lie
 
She's got it handled, let's just say she knows every cop in Forsyth and is getting things looked over.
