I rolled my Rover at Uwharrie this weekend!! Friggin Clay man!

I got a video rolling it back over and never got a pic!!! But we rolled the sucker! I let my friend drive and we were sliding around but I figured with the locker and my whole set up I didn't have much to worry about... But we were coming down a ledge then we slid into a rough spot and next thing I knew we were going over, so climbed out and hooked the rear link with my winch and hooked a tree and pulled that sucker over right away, all in all it was on its side for like 10 minutes, then I checked the fluids, and didn't pull the plugs because I dont think it was side ways long enough for the plugs to get fouled up, so we started it up and I let him drive it some more :)

I got a video of rolling it back over which I will post.

I was wondering where you ended up at, because I didn't see you at all today. I actually ran into one of the LROnly.com guys at the Outpost that I had wheeled with before, was Ultraviolet in his truck with Jackd'up riding with him. They hadn't seen you on the trails either, so its good to hear you did have some fun and made it home ok. So where is the video? :lol:

side flop, not a full roll, the video has to wait until monday because I left my cord at my desk so I cant get the video off of my phone...

Eli, I think I saw ultraviolets disco, is it white? I saw a white one with a lift and bfg a/t and then a black on passed me on my drive home and it looked like it had everything done to it..... Out of curiosity, did they do anything cool? You know me, I head straight for Daniel and Kodak, do they go for the good stuff or do they take it easy? Not that taking it easy isn't fun, I'm just curious as to how hard they go with their rovers

There's the video, I put the part where we rolled it back over in the begining. The rest is some video from my last trip. As far as music goes. it's impossile to please everyone so please dont comment on it if you dont like it, just put you pc on mute and check out the video, there is rap and hardcore in it.

 
good looking rig. I passed you on 24/27 sunda in my blue fj. I thought it looked like the drivers side rear glass was busted out.
 
The glass didn't break amazingly, although there is a huge dent in the roof and the window is angled in but there aren't any leaks......

We only rolled because I was letting my friend drive who has never driven off road before, we slid a bit which turned the wheel and I told him to turn left and drive out of the possible roll, but he didn't turn the wheel enough and we ended up driving up the bank on the right :) Rookie drivers man, I tell ya!
 
ha, i had my rover for about a month before i put it on its side. luckily for me i was in a position to drive it outta the flop..no need for cables.

We put an LR3 on its side at Uwharrie and me and a buddy stood on the corner of the front bumper and the rock slider and we drove the LR3 off it's side. Pretty cool moment. I actually had it on video but I had a producer friend who was going to edit it all and put together a video but he never did it!
