I think his bullying career is over.

Fawesome! Fawk a bully.

Cool Video,I like that site you got it from a lot too.The Blaze.com is a cool place.

And boys most of the time thats exactly how it is when your the big kid.I had to put up w it and looks like my sons gonna have to also. When I finally did do something about it I always got in trouble cause I was bigger and stronger and "should be able to control my temper". :shaking:

Seems like its always the smallest ones who feel they have the most to prove.

My son had the same issue in 1st grade, this bully would just never let him alone,I think the kid was special or something cause he must have been 8 and in the 1st grade. One day my son finally got tired of it,picked something up and whapped the bully with it.My son got in trouble, even though we had contacted the school about the bully several times. When he got home that day,I made him his favorite dinner. He also hasn't had a single issue with a bully,or anyone else for that matter, since.

Same happened with me. I was always the "fat kid" in middle school and got bullied, when I fought back I got in trouble. Then I went to high school, starting playing football, and then all the "bullies" wanted to be friends, I told them to f-off. IMO the person who starts the fight should be the one in trouble, not the one that ends it :D

Yep, got that too. One time I had a kid punch me square in the face pretty hard, kind of buzzed me a bit, but didn't really hurt. I turned and gave him my best punch into his head and knocked him across the floor of the bus, he didn't know where he was for about 15 minutes. Surprised he didn't get knocked out, but the bus driver pulled over and we both got suspended.

Had to go meet with the principal, my dad went with me. The bus driver said I started it, which was nowhere near true and my dad knew it. He just told the principal the driver was lying, and the kid deserved to be cocked in his fat head.

Bwaaa Haaaa Haaaaa. He should have kicked him in the face while he was on the ground, for a reminder every time he looked in the mirror.

yeah it happen to me as well. I fought back. We both got supended but I put a big amile on my Dads face. And the Bully never messed with me again.

It don't work that way i wish it did . Marcus my oldest boy was having trouble with another kid and Marc made other guy swing first, Both got 7 days oss and local Pd gave them Assault charges

did he have any more problems with that kid or any others?

My brother was the fat kid and I was the undersized skinny kid ( we were complete opposites) We were always bullied until we decided that we had enough and went tag team on a bully one day. We both got suspended but were never fucked with again. Well worth the time off from school. Dad was super proud of both of us.

But see heres the problem, back then they learned their lesson and it was over.Nowadays alot of them are gonna get even come hail or hi water.

Wouldn't work that way in this school district anymore. Both boys, regardless of who instigated the fight, would be getting suspended. And today's society, there would probably be a lawsuit against the bigger kid for hurting the little kid. As a matter of fact, my little brother had High School orientation last night, the principal said he doesn't tolerate fighting and if some one 'comes at you' turn and run to the principal's office. It's really sad any of that is an issue...and it's a shame guys can't fight and either learn the pecking order or become buddies anymore.

That's the way it was for me in elementary school too. Finally, my folks said first offense, tell the teacher, and tell them. 2nd offense tell the principal and them. 3rd offense, make sure everyone sees who the antagonizer was, then beat the piss outta them. Of course this was prefaced with if I can get away. However, as I got older, and I got more aggressive, 1 strike and they were out...caused me to get in to some trouble since there wasn't the documentation and prior knowledge, but lessons were learned.

A court of law is a little different then school. Schools have a zero tolerance for fighting where as a court of law there are protections for people who defend their selves. The video clearly shows the little punk instigating and even throwing the first punch. The big kid would have a better lawsuit then the little punk, almost any judge or law officer is going to say he got what he deserved.

If not and it did make it to a jury. There is no way you would find you would find 12 people who would agree to make the big kid pay for the punks injuries.

Really...tell that to the folks getting rich off not knowing coffee is hot, or that fast food makes you fat or that Hustler will give you carple tunnel. There are several time where that bigger boy and his family have been made to pay up because the kid didn't use equal amounts of force as the attacker, or didn't simply run the other direction. I've been in that situation, I've broken other kids' bones, I've had to pay medical bills and for duress. Hell there was even one time in high school I got taken away in cuffs because I beat the piss out of a guy that was grabbing my mother in a store, then grabbed her arm and tried pulling her in a different direction in the parking lot. I 100% disagree with that, but it happens all the time. Plain and simple, fights aren't just fights anymore, even if you are defending yourself, and if you look, that little kid had a couple opportunities to walk away, but didn't, and that's what a jury would see, couple that with a 'poor tiny defenseless kid' wheeled in in a wheel chair because the big kid broke his femur when he slammed him to the ground...oh yeah, it's over. In all honesty, I have a pretty decent understanding of how the justice system works, and originally was being more facetious than anything, but it surely does pan out that way quite often.

A couple of the fights i got into back in high school got turned over to the SRO (school resource officer) who in turn, filed the charges.

The last time i got in trouble, not only did i get booted for the remainder of the year, but i also got Assault and Battary charges. Which....i think technically speaking would be double jeapoardy but it all worked out in my favor in the end, The "victim" was a bit more than bully in that case....he had raped a girl the night before and i ran into him before the cops did. Female judge dismissed the case, and my principle made sure i got my diploma (this was 18 days before graduation)

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who had this kind of trouble. I got suspended one time for a fight when I didn't even throw a punch. This kid spazzed out, jumped off his desk onto me and I shoved him away. He came back at me flailing his arms like a girl and I pushed him away again. My butt never left my seat and I never threw a punch. The teacher grabbed me and threw me out of the trailer that the class was being held in. When it went to the principal's office we both got suspended. I had been in a fight earlier that year and, prior to me getting thrown out of the trailer, I was really proud of myself for showing some restraint in this instance. I guess the fact that I had been in one fight was held against me even though this was a completely different person and I didn't instigate it. If I could do it over you can bet I would have thrown blows.

At least back then you didn't get assault charges every time you got in a scuffle.

Public schools are ridiculous. When I was in the 6th grade I had to ride the bus with high school kids. Got beat up by a 220lb high school kid on the bus and the school refused to do anything. Then I got jumped by three punks and got punished for trying to defend myself.

After that I got put into private school and everything was different. If a kid was being bullied the school had a way of looking the other way when the bully got his ass kicked.

The bad thing is that this is where our country is going. The simple fact is sometimes you have to make a stand right or wrong. I don't think the big kid will have any problems from the other two any more but then again we teach that both sides get punished for involvment. Not the bad guy got his azz handed to him and suspended. I've told my son that life lessons are hard but the people you help will always remember it even if you get in trouble at the time.

:D Thats how i rolled in middle school 15 right at 230lb :) 6ft bullys didnt stand a chance!!!!
