Ideas on pop from suspension on xj 4.5 lift

So im a newbie to lifted 4x4s and my buddy got wood talked me into buying a xj and the previous owner install a 4.5 rubicon express lift with adjustable track bar several years ago and it feels alright no death wobbles walks around a little but i keep hearing a pop underneath and just need some ideas to track it down
some of the bushings are a little dry rotted but there all intact
Any ideas are greatly appreciated
 
Axle centered? I've seen coils bind on the upper coil mount. Ball joints, tie rod ends, track bar mount to frame, steering box bolts, universal joints, motor mounts. Have someone jog the steering or whatever it takes to make the pop and try to isolate it from outside.
 
Mine done the same thing. More than likely its the front coils moving around like they did on mine. They're not conected at the top, so they'll lose contact with the body

when and how does it make noise. up/down or left/right?
 
Rear u bolts were loose and everything needed grease. Most of the sound have gone away
