are you trying sayying people under 21 are the only ones creating problems?

i made an account a year ago but got banned because i lied about my age.....all i wanted was advice but i guess you have to be 21+ for that.

and i posted for a sponser but that is no walk in the park.

this is the only 4x4 forum where i've seen age banning. its pretty depressing when you want help

why did you lie about your age? cant underage users post in the general tech area? if not that is crap, but if you can then dont lie.

Nope, I believe its only Chit Chat.

Whenever I needed help with stuff before I had my sponsor and turned 21, I had to post stuff in Chit Chat and watch it get moved somewhere where I could not ever reply to it.

same here, but then one day a benevolent soul literally cropped up out of no where and sponsored me.

This topic keeps coming up and people keep getting angry and I honestly don't get it. Sign up and don't lie then post a few things in chit chat and get to know a few guys here a it's like magic!! someone will sponsor you it's not that hard. The people on this site aren't here to make people under 21 miserable but to make the sight safer and more enjoyable. AND if you show up to an event or ride people will stick out there hand and meet you.... a lot of nice folks, most of which are willing to give advice... just follow the rules :driver:

Oh yeah, dont get me wrong, I wasnt really mad about it. I got a sponsor eventually...didnt particularly bother me.

a long time ago, i was under 21. but i was resourceful. i knew that there were PLENTY of places on the interweb to ask mechanical advice.

Alot of folks here had to ask Haynes and Chilton cause the innernets havent even been invented yet.

quit complaining. hang out in chit chat, makes some friends.

now that im done being an ass.....
