I'm new wheeling I have ZJ I'm looking to modify on a budget

I have a 97 ZJ with an inline 6 4wd. I'm looking to slowly modify it into a rig that i will use as a daily driver also. I'm on a very strict budget. After talking to some guys that have a lot of experience with making rigs i have concluded first things i need is:
Rock Rails
Budget Lift 2 or 3 inch
Skid plates
31" tires
I already have a tool kit and tow strap
What is the best brands/fabricators for theses items?
Where can i find the best details for these things?

@MarsFab in Harrisburg. Great fabricator. He did my cage and re-did my suspension after I wasn't happy with how I did it.

id keep my eye on the used parts & wheels section of this forum for stuff. If you buy anything new you can kiss your 'very strict budget' good bye, plus a lot of people (like myself) buy new, use it for a very short period, and then want something else.... you can get practically new parts for very cheap.
