Info on Shoe Creek trail in VA

This trail is in George Washington National Forest. I've ridded it with the CTB and prior to that a few times with friends. Haven't been in a while but it looks like we may be in danger of loosing another semi local area to ride.

We rode it in January, my understanding of that post is that they are just enforcing the trails, Im all for them ticketing people who cross onto the private land, it was fairly clearly marked when we were up there.
