Thursday evening I had some two day old leftover spaghetti for a late snack. 15 minutes later I was running for the toilet. There was a lot of violent nausea followed by what felt like a grenade going off in my head.
Had there been someone to watch the kids I would have had Stephanie take me to the ER. I my head pounded worse than the miagranes I got when I was married to the ex.
The headaches lasted all weekend. I was miserable.
Monday we called the doc and they said they would put me on the cancellation list. This morning they got me in.
Turns out I pinched a nerve when I hurled. Quite possibly the worst pain I have experienced. I highly don't recommend it.
Anyhow, getting older sux.
