Any recommendations or places to not deal with? Got a 2003 Chevy 2500 HD needing cluster fixed, all gauges dead as well as the DIC.

Napa can get a rebuilt one. That's who we use at work. $200ish, you tell them the vin, miles, hours or guess on the last two and it comes programmed and plug and play

Knock on wood....I've got a '99 1500 and an '02 Duramax and neither have had issues. I guess I'm lucky. Both are over 200k.

We send ours to Pattons Electronics in Hickory, and have had good success out of the repairs.
