I am looking at buying a wrecked superduty for parts.

I know alot of the price is in relation to the damage/milage/package of the truck.

But does anyone on here buy trucks or cars from auctions?

How hard is it to get in on the action? Any useful tips?
 
good luck most I've seen sold at auction wrecked you could almost buy complete off a car lot.

I've bought some stuff at auction but it's not as easy as it use to be. Use to you had to have a dealers license so it limited the buyers then the auctio companies got smart and opened it up to the public so the messicans run the price up on everything nowadays. Thats the way the auctions are I go to anyhow.

Look for their branch closest to you. Look at the upcoming auctions, and hey will show which vehicles are avialable to the public. I Pretty sure they have a high initial membership cost ($200) to keep it limited to serious buyers.
