insurance on a trail rig

Anybody can pretty much sue you for anything. The best thing to do would be contact a lawyer about this. Well really the best thing to do is not have passengers that you have the slightest thought that they might sue you.

swear up and down you never seen them before.

Just get one that has fine print that says, "I didnt read this and Im stupid enough to ride in this rig."

x2

2nd best idea....

then what is the point of a waiver when you sign one
when you normally sign one it is for a company and you are stating you know what will happen on this ride, for wheeling you have no clue.

Eaither way waviers are not "sue proof" they are just a document for court.

here is a thought, if you do not have insurance on your rig, you have a passenger ride shot.. they get hurt do you help the bills? or will you say "all on you, you never should have jumped in"

This happend a while back on JU and the guy's insurance paid for the injuried passenger

to me you kinda have to be pretty dumb to get into a trail rig with a roll cage and such built to take rollovers, since you should have a cage anyways as everyone says, and not know what the dangers are of a vehicle rolling over, and you possibly gettin hurt.
That being said require everyone to wear a seat belt and keep all hands and feet inside the vehicle at all times, and please enjoy the ride.
