The monster bug was featured in the latest Hot VWs. Yeah, it's just a glorified body lift. Kinda crappy, if you ask me. There's a nicer one from Ohio that comes down for the shows, on 38s, that actually utilizes some interesting suspension work. The dude that owns it is an asshat, though. All that work, and it's never seen dirt. He gets a pic in the mag anytime they're at a show he's showing in, though.
