I know there is a lot of reading material on this subject, but can't find what I need to know.
My slave cylinder went out on me this morning at 6 am, which really sucked. I started to call a couple of part houses, and everything I found only come with the slave itself, but not the hard lines. I read that the one with out the lines already installed tend to leak freshly installed. I found this and someone said this is a great replacement (LUK LSC267 Clutch Slave Cylinder). After doing a little bit more reading I found that for some people, they still tend to leak.
I this point I think I should just do the external swap. My question is this. I have a AX5 from a TJ, will everything from the TJ just swap right over. I know the stock master cylinder from the TJ wont work, but just thinking what else I would need to do the swap or if I can even use the ax5 from the TJ. I'm thinking the bellhousing is different in someway?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
