There’s a local guy maybe in the Midland area that has a lot of old International parts. Does anyone have his contact info? Or any other contacts that have parts. Thanks.

Are you thinking of Tony at @bullgear ? I know he has/had a bunch of old jeeps and similar era stuff and was down off 24/27 in Locust. Bull Gear

Don't know about local to NC, My hookup is Scoutco in Harrisonburg VA. ScoutCo Products Mike is regularly buying scouts and parting them...

Online I go to Super Scout Specialists out of Ohio (Super Scout Specialists), good stock of NOS, new and used parts.

anythingscout.com and scoutparts.com are last resorts, but they both carry those rare gold plated parts...

Obscure 5 lug semi float dana 60 for a Travelall

Oh, interesting! So you need a 5x5.5 bolt pattern, but on a one ton axle. What year Travelall?

It might actually be easier to replace the entire rear axle then try and find parts for the one you're working with. Is there a need to stick with the factory axle?

What are the actual parts you need to replace?

Need the entire axle, not sure what year Travelall. This thing is a unicorn so I'll probably not find one local. I did find one in Sacramento but it's not worth paying the guys price plus shipping. This axle is actually in my Jeepster. I had 35 spline shafts made from Moser and have been running it for a few years. But now it's bent and figured I would at least try to find one before going 8 lug.

Ah, I get it, you're trying not to lose the investment in the Moser shafts and whatever you have for a differential already then.. and you have a front axle you want to match patterns on...

That's quite the pickle!

Some late 60s and early 70s ford half tons ran an axle like that too (D60 Semi Float with a 5x5.5 pattern) might expnad the search to those as well, But I don't know what the asle shaft lengths were or if they'd compare...

I just put the straight edge on it and I'm out about a 1/4". It's already trussed and has brackets on it. I'm going to run it as is. Will keep an eye out for replacement. Thanks for the help y'all!
Send it til ya bend it! Then continue to send it!
