Internet access near DPG?

Coworker going back to Russia for family issue. Is there any place near DPG with WIFI type internet access. A coffee show/store etc within ~10-15min drive is fine.

I'd like to line something up ahead a time if possible.

i dont think theres anything down in that area along those lines (if theres even something like that in the county) but i can imagine somebody would let you use there internet connection at their house or maye somebodys will have a netbook
 
or the wifi hotspot app for the palm pre plus and blackberries.

If you don't find anything let me know. I may be able to secure a AT&T 3G card for your laptop. I believe it'd only have Edge service there though as that's why I get on my iPhone.
 
Ehhhh.... I don't have any latest, greatest toys.. I have a 2 year old Razor that I have a love/hate relationship with. I show it who's boss from time to time and it shows at the most inconvenient time how much it appreciates how I treat it..

So basically I have nothing (yet). Maybe I'll go drive around Friday night and find an unsecured broadband router... Though I think a white van sitting out side someones house might cause concern . :)

Ideally it won't be needed at all. But I'm sure if I'm not prepared I'd need it...
 
I am 13.6 miles from DPG, and I will be at the race, but in the case of an emergency, you are welcome to use my internet.
 
I've got mobile internet on my laptop. I will be down there tomorrow afternoon/night

Mike, you come find us.
We will have at least 4 laptops with us, 2 or more of which with be tethered for Internet access. Assuming I have enough signal from Verizon, you can get online.
We'll be there by early Friday afternoon, black Titan hauling my black 4Runner (3.14d).
 
Mike, Ill be there with my laptop and my vz wireles access card...it works there Ive tested it....come on out we will get you hooked up.

By the way, who is bringing the beer?

So beer is legit to bring along? I know the BDB doesn't allow it at the Farm anymore, so I figured this event would be the same...

We should set up a spot/time for an NC4x4 meet up. Ive only met about two people on here...
