a stereo system wont get you home and subwoofers just take up trunk space that could be carrying recovery equipment.
welcome to the board. sounds like your really looking for an electronics forum (not that the info isnt here). Not sure what you mean by ghetto lift, as long as theres no blocks and non of the componants are made of wood you should be good to go. i'm not sure you even need much lift to fit 31's anyway. should clear fine with a little fender trimming.
