Is Moog Problem Solver 40132 same as ES2027L TRE?

I use Chevy 1-ton TREs, at the pitman arm it is an ES2027L. I want to replace that one, so I ordered one online. The box says ES2027L, but the TRE says Moog Problem Solver 40132. Are they the same? I've googled it and can't find an answer.

That 40132 on the disc is not the part number of the TRE
