Is this a dana 35

Looking at purchasing a cherokee and wandering if anyone could tell what axle this is ?
dana 35 or a 8.25
the vehicle is a 1989 cherokee, with a v-8 swap with 350 turbo auto tranny, SYE . 35" swampers.
Id hate to know he ddint swap out rear axle if thats a dana 35, since I here there crap

Looks like a Dana 35 to me. The 8.25 has a flat across the bottom of the casting.

D35. Maybe an illusion from the light in the photo, but the R/H tube looks bent.
