Is this a good deal

For a Minivan on steroids it seems to be a great deal.
 
All joking aside what do "run out good" mean?

The only run out I am familiar with s when something is out of true..yet I often hear dealers say, it runs out good. So what the fak does it mean?
Can I check run out by kicking the tires?
 
The only thing I've ever herd was that there is just no aftermarket support for the 4.7L, and as for power a run of the mill 4.7L V8 specs at 235hp and 295lb-ft torque, or maybe the H.O. option which specs at 265hp and 325lb-ft torque, at least that's what they say. So I would think there would be plenty of power.
 
I went and looked at it. Took it out for a drive it drove good no weird noises or vibrations. Looked under it didn't see any mud or anything. Just say normal wear and tear for 130xxx mile jeep. The heat and ac worked great no problems there. Inside was nice and clean. Now it was a younger kid selling it. He said he would take 4k cash for it. There's one place on the drivers side front fender where it's bent and rusted under the headlight. But is it something to get and when tax time comes I can do a few things to it if needed. It also has brand new tires.

If I were going to buy it I'd offer 3k in hopes of paying $3500. It's got a salvage title after all. Why is the title salvaged?
 
Now I know someone said something about the God sticker how some car lots will put those on there to cover up stuff an think the are all good. The kid that is selling the jeep might be 21 he said he buys and sells them all the time. His parents own a car lot. Y'all think I could find a clean xj for 4k or cheaper I don't mind if it needs some cosmetic work.
 
Yes you can buy XJs for <$4k all day long.

Sounds like you need to figure out what kind of car you WANT and THEN search for one.

Well that's the thing what I want is not in my budget so I have to settle for what's in my budget. And XJs look like they fit in there haha

Make sure you are paying cash or you will have fun getting a loan and full coverage on a salvage title
