Is this tire okay to run?

I picked up 2 more 33's for free so I think I'm going to go back to 33's on the Jeep. I'm just wondering if this tire will be okay to run?! A couple people have told me I'll be fine but I want to make sure before I buy two more wheels to mount them on. I guess I won't know until I try it. It's only messed up in that one spot. I guess someone messed up when breaking this tire down.

I've mounted up way worse and they did just fine.
 
Alright cool. I'm supposed to go pick up some 15" ZJ wheels soon and then I'll break out the pry bar and the BFH and get to work. Thanks guys.

True that!!!^^^ Make sure if you do it that way you spray the bead with some soapy water to make it go on better .

That's what I always use. I get a bottle of windex and empty it out then fill it with soapy water. My dad taught me how to break tires down and remount them when I was just 10 years old. I've done it ever since.
