I've had a rough two weeks.

Wow, I can't imagine what you're family is going through right now. My thoughts & prayers are with you guys - I hope he makes a quick, full recovery! Would you mind sending me his name so I can add him to the prayer list at church also?

I hope he has a speedy, full recovery, he's in our prayers.

I have seen alot of crashes, and never a good one, but thankfully i have seen several miraculous recoveries too!

His name is Mike Kelly. Thanks!

Thoughts and prayers from my family to yours.
Call me anytime dude.
Paul...

Thanks for the continued prayers guys. He is doing better every day. We just got back from visiting him tonight. He talked a good bit. He says funny things, but he definitely still has his personality and humor.

He had been watching WWII stuff on the history channel, and a little while later we asked him what year it was. Of course he said 1944! hahaha

My wife asked him where we got married, and he said "the sky at chickenhawk"...

Its great to see him coming around, even if it doesn't make sense all the time.

Prayers for your family...My brother and sister both had head injurys as a result of a car accident many years ago. They both said some strange things after they "woke up" for a month or so. It's pretty scarry dealing with that but after awhile they both healed and things got back to normal. Good luck to your father and family.

Sorry to hear this. FYI, Carolinas Medical Center and Carolinas Rehab there in Charlotte have an *excellent* TBI (traumatic brain injury) program there. I just went through a 2 day training they did for work, and they have some great people there, and are doing some great stuff with some very inspiring success stories.
I hope things go well,

In his 50's and still riding. wrecks and still kickin. man I wish I had his luck. much prayer for everyone involved and to a full recovery.
