J2 Fab TJ full wrap rear bumper and tire carrier

It's been a while since I've been on here. Took a little break. Here's a TJ rear bumper and tire carrier we finished in 1 day for a customer of ours. You'll see this TJ rolling around K-Ville.

Customer had ideas but let us have full creativity



Thanks to the guys at Blue Ridge Tool for the machine work on the spindle (Worked perfect)



cant beat a $50 band saw that works like a champ. (blade hurts fingers when running)... LOL

This is how tucked this bumper is to the body. doesnt even stick out past the tailights.





Used a factory bump stop and this little non obtrusive tab to help keep tire carrier tight and quiet



nice wrapped look and cut angle same as inner fender line to match the extended flares



Just a little bit of 1.75 tubing to match the front bumper were getting ready to build.

First time we've used a latch like this, different, yet still works flawlessly



We painted it and let it dry then up the road to take back to customer. Sorry for the dark pic. Will get more when we do the front and rock sliders. Thanks for checking this out and thanks to Mike, and BRT for letting us do this and help making it happen.
