yea, was hoping u would chime in. had ur # , i think. started to just txt. the issue is. i may have cooked it. after the last few events with thieves. I wouldnt leave the jeep sitting on 40 with about $1300 of trailer and and stuff behind it. my other shop was only a few miles away. so I limped it to it. a bandaid plug stuffed in the hole. adding water. never saw the the gauge go past 210. but of course no water was flowing. I guess i will just yank the intake off and go for it. we have a selection of freeze plugs here at the shop. do u know what size it calls for? I have like 3 or 4 close to that size.

my idea on limping in and maybe loosing the engine. was I would still have my trailer and a good reason for a v8 swap. lol. if so. I want to do something maybe a lil different than what everybody else has been doing. but I wanna keep it able to pass emissions. another idea. ive been wanting to try and build a dd wrangler trying to get good mpg. thinking 235s- 31s on tire size, 4.3 vortec and an overdrive tranny. just thoughts. I know my lil s10 I was getting mid 20s mpg towing my quad on a small 4x8 trailer. but never got that out of a 4x4 1. was just wondering with tuning,gearing, tire size what I could get a wrangler up to. now im sure u can figure out why I have so many jeeps hoarded up. lol
