Jeep 4.0 engine/exhaust problems

My jeep has developed an interesting problem. When I'm driving along in said 2 or 3 gear, when I get on the gas I get a pop that seems so come from under the driver side floor board. Idling and just easying on the gas it doesn't give me any problems. I just had the exhaust re-done and that's when the problems started, but didn't happen right away only later on. The jeep doesn't move more than 4 times a month. Let me know what you think it could be.

is the exhaust closer to the floor pan then before maybe heating up and the floor is making the sound just a thought

bad weld on the exhaust maybe?
