Jeep 4.0 guru needed

So after my last race with many rev limiter visits, my jeep is making a noise, thinking its top end. Need someone who knows about building these motors aka does motors for a living around the triad area, anybody had someone local rebuild a 4.0 with good results, thanks in advance!
